The events of the last three years have caused fractures and divisions in our lives and our communities. Even as we have more or less returned "back to normal," those fractures remain. Where and how are we finding connection and community in these days?
This Lent we will explore the ways in which God connects us as the body of Christ. We will focus on what it means to connect, respect, accompany, build, and serve.
Wednesday worship services on that week's theme will draw us more deeply into the faith that is at the heart of our connection. They will be preceded by fellowship over soup suppers.
Small group studies will dig deeper into the Biblical themes and create new opportunities to connect with one another.
Congregation connection circles will allow an important opportunity to reconnect with those who have not been as present in our community since pandemic restrictions were lifted.
A community art project will give us the opportunity to work side by side with a common goal.
An offering of letters for Bread for the World will be a way to use our strength as a community to work for peace and justice in the world.
We hope you will join us as we connect with friends new and old, strengthen our common faith, and work together to care for one another and the world God so loves.
